This project consisted of a 12,364 square foot pre-engineered metal building of which 8,329 square feet is occupied by Family Dollar, 1,800 square feet by Subway and an additional 1,800 square feet if presently vacant.
The project is located and connected to the Sav-A-Lot store in Keshena, Wisconsin.
This building was built in approximately 60 days and to Family Dollar’s corporate prototypical specifications.
The building’s exterior elevations consist of decorative block, EIFS and metal wall panels.
