A New Year is at hand and it is time to turn our attention to new beginnings.
We are grateful to our employees, customers, vendors and business associates for our Company’s success in 2013! We now look forward to the year ahead. Already our clients have entrusted us with several high visibility projects which will be underway as the we ring the New Year in.
In December we broke ground on a 76-unit residential and multi-use project known as City Deck Landing along the Fox River in downtown Green Bay. This project is one of the newest anchors on the downtown’s north side and contributes to the on-going effort to revitalize downtown Green Bay.
Soon to break ground is the multi-million dollar re-purposing of the historical Larsen Cannery into an expanded Titletown Brewery operation. This renovation project located in the downtown’s west side Broadway District will secure new development on the north end of the District. Plans also call for a residential and retail component.
Recently Scott Smet, CEO of Smet Construction Services Corp., spoke at a holiday gathering of Smet colleagues. “We’re excited about the projects we have in the pipeline for the year ahead and we’re looking forward to another successful year! We thank everyone for their hard work this past year and appreciate everyone’s effort”.
