Overview

• 4,000 SF remodel of an existing building into a new space for Affordable Dentures.
• Medical Grade facility with fully operational on site lab.
• Worked with the customer to follow national & uniform standards set by their parent company.
• Completed with an expedited schedule in order to accommodate leasing requirements as well as new customer appointments in the new facility.
• Applied Green construction theories by re-using an existing structure & upgrading mechanical systems & lighting to newer more energy efficient models.

Smet Advantage

 With Affordable Dentures then current location being sold and scheduled for demolition, Smet stepped in and offered  them one of our “currently under construction” retail development projects.   Our ability to provide site options, finance, build and lease a “ready” space to our customer was a differentiater. That combined with the exceptional construction build-out experience we have in medical related projects made this project a dream come true for Affordable Dentures. Smet worked exclusively with Affordable Dentures on this successful project.
