Centerline Machining is a 2 story 29,715 sq. ft. commercial/industrial building which includes 3000 sq. ft. of office space. The building consists of a Block/EIFS/Arch. Panel system. The building houses two 10 ton crane bays as well as 29 jib cranes.
This project was the first building constructed in the new Hobart Centennial Center. When this project began there were no electric, gas, water, sanitation, or storm services on site. Additionally, the building site was located more than a 1/2 mile away from the nearest access road. The existing landscape was of high importance on this project, in which site plans were modified to save as many existing trees as possible.
This facility was skillfully designed for work center efficiency, future expansions, and job creation.
