• 6,000 sq ft, delivery / detail area, office space
• CMU construction, with architectural metal composite panel and full lite overhead doors
• Interior has a modern design,  including aluminum doors with gull glass walls and comfortable lounge area with fireplace
• Complimentary to the Owner’s East side location
• Challenges that needed to be met:
  • Poor soil conditions, in areas up to 7’ needed to be removed
  • Artic cold temperatures made it difficult to enclose the building
  • Once enclosed an intense schedule was required to pick up on time.
