Overview
- This student housing project consists of 17 suites with a total of 62 bedrooms.
- The suites have two bathrooms, two sinks, and a kitchen. All of the suites are fully furnished with appliances and a TV. The first floor common area has a fireplace. There are laundry facilities on the second and third floors. Each floor has a common lounge for socializing with TV’s.
- The property has on site property management for the maintenance and upkeep of the building.
- The construction timeline for this project was 5 months.
Smet Advantage
After seeing the need for more student housing on the UWFV college campus Smet initiated all of it’s services to procure a site close to the college, develop, finance, design and build a successful student housing project.
