This 5,400 square foot restaurant space is home to Kavarna Coffeehouse on the right side and Parisi’s Delicatessen on the left and features a full kitchen in the center.
The store is three tiered with counter space in the front with seating, a mid level with seating, as well as space to setup for live music and also a private party area in the lowest level.
It is an open concept with a cloud ceiling over the counter only; and exposed trusses throughout the other areas.
