Overview

• 79,204sf addition to existing facility.
• Addition completed without interrupting shipbuilding operations at MMC.
• Addition was completed by building around a Naval Vessel under construction by MMC.
• The time from construction start to building enclosure was six months.
• The time from construction start to substantial completion was 9.5 months.
• The addition included three upper levels that included interior offices as well as improvements & updates made to the existing building.
• The Building houses (8) 50 Ton cranes which have the ability to go outside the East end of the building.
